Our activities reflect the overall objectives of the Task Force Education and Youth and are in response to the needs of the SEE countries.
The activities are both country-specific and regionally focused and fall under three main areas:
the Strategy 2001 - promoting education development processes in SEE countries at national and regional levels > Strategy 2001
the Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe (ERI SEE) - aiming at supporting education reform in SEE, taking into account both country-specific needs and demands in education reform as well as present trends in the development of the envisaged Wider European Area of Education > ERI SEE
the South Eastern European Educational Co-operation Network (SEE ECN) with a co-ordination hub in Ljubljana and a network of nodes in the region is the information and dissemination backbone of the Task Force Education and Youth/Enhanced Graz Process. It provides a virtual library of documents both on national and regional level, placing a strong emphasis on the European dimension. It is the most comprehensive virtual educational network in South Eastern Europe. Membership includes around 170 institutions and 90 individual experts predominately from the region.
