The South Eastern European Educational Co-operation Network (SEE ECN) with a co-ordination hub in Ljubljana and a network of nodes in the region is the information and dissemination backbone of the Task Force Education and Youth/Enhanced Graz Process. It provides a virtual library of documents both on national and regional level, placing a strong emphasis on the European dimension. It is the most comprehensive virtual educational network in South Eastern Europe. Membership includes around 170 institutions and 90 individual experts predominately from the region.
