Almost every project that one can imagine has a facility planning component, whether it is designing a brand new building, renovating or upgrading an existing structure, or finding the right site for educational, cultural and community activities. Furthermore there is no question that adequate facilities can improve learning results, working performance, and provide an overall feeling of safety and well-being. By having at hand a professional who can understand spatial consequences, determine the most favorable locations, and who is familiar with construction standards, costs, and the latest technologies, you can formulate your own projects with the confidence that they are feasible in concrete, palpable terms.
