The 3rd Coimbra Group Winterschool "Negotiating a Common Future
for South East Europe: Regional Cooperation and European
Integration" will take place at the University of Split from
13-25 February 2005.

Scholarships are available for postgraduate students on a
competitive basis. Applications are open until 15th November 2004
