The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law will
organize a two-part training program on human rights in Lund, Sweden
(February 21 - March 18, 2005) and in Belgrade (September 19 - 23,
2005). The program is financed by the Swedish International Development
Cooperation Agency and is open to individuals from Albania, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia,
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia and
Montenegro (including Kosovo), Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
