5th EMBL/EMBO conference on Science and Society: Time & Aging - Mechanisms
and Meanings, 5-6 Nov. 2004, Heidelberg, Germany

The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) and The European Molecular
Biology Organization (EMBO) are pleased to announce their 5th
multi-disciplinary conference on Science and Society that will take place in
Heidelberg on 5-6 November, 2004. The theme of this year^(1)s conference is
"Time & Aging - Mechanisms and Meanings".

These very successful EMBL/EMBO joint conferences bring together over 250
life scientists, social scientists, philosophers, journalists, science
writers, teachers, students, and other members of the general public.
