The Project Advisory Committee is facilitating and monitoring the implementation of the project, providing necessary conceptual and technical support. Members of the advisory committee are:

The Research Team is responsible for the development and implementation of the national surveys of school directors, and for the action research framework. Members of the research team are:
Country team responsibilities:
- to secure the link between research and action part
- to assist with the research (identify the locations, help to form the groups, identify in-country desk researchers)
- to assist with the local actions (assist in writing action plans and their implementation including the facilitation of the meetings, providing and/or arranging for the specific training if necessary, monitoring the activities, secure reporting in accordance with the guidelines provided, prepare country reports on the activities, other good practices identified.
